Product Overview
3602 series mechanical totalizing counter. This unit counts revolutions on many different types of production machinery. Robustly constructed for continuous operation at high speeds with the main shaft running in double oil impregnated bearings to ensure accurate, long term, trouble free service. It is supplied with a double drive with wing bush, customer configurable reset. It features White on black, decimals black on white 0.25in (6.4mm) figures.
- One decimal places, 6-digit 6.4mm (0.25in) readout, 0 - 9cm fig wheel with 100 lines (M/cm)
- 64:105 gear ratio
- 1:1, 1:10, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1 gearings as standard
- Front viewing, reset to zero, reset by lever, top coming drive direction
- Customer configurable reset
- Black PC-ABS plastic base material, grey ABS plastic cover material
- Drive shaft diameter of 0.275inch (7mm) diameter
- IP40 environmental protection, -10°C to +50°C operating temperature range, 200g net weight
- Maximum shaft speed of 3000RPM, maximum count speed of 3000CPM, accuracy of +/- 1%
- Operating torque of 180g.cm (2.5oz.in) at 1:1 gearing
