Product Overview
The 6300T75 from Visual Communications Company is a 6300T series 3mm (T-1) single level surface mount right angled circuit board indicator. This indicator has yellow/green emitting colour and diffused lens type. The yellow indicator is made of (GaAsP/GaP) material and super bright green is made of GaP material, the 6300T series is suitable for automated environments and production with lead-free reflow solder.
- 0.112” (2.85mm) LED bulb size, 50° viewing angle
- Peak wavelength for yellow/green is 590nm/565nm, dominant wavelength for yellow/green is 588nm/568nm
- 20PF for yellow, 15pF for green capacitance (typ), 2.5V (max) forward voltage at IF = 10mA
- Maximum reverse current is 10µA, luminous intensity for yellow/green is 6mcd/9mcd
- Power dissipation is 75mW for red, power dissipation is 62.5mW for green
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- Black case enhances contrast ratio, black housing enhances contrast ratio equipment
- Housing material meets UL94V-0, lens material meets UL94-HB
- Compatible with automatic placement equipment
- Compatible with infrared and vapour phase solder processes
