Product Overview
VEMD8082 is a silicon PIN photodiode. It is a high-speed and high sensitive PIN photodiode with enhanced sensitivity for visible light. It is a low-profile surface-mount device (SMD) including the chip with a 6.0mm² sensitive area detecting visible and near infrared radiation. Applications include wearables, health monitoring, and high-speed photo detectors.
- Dimension (L × W × H): 4.8mm × 2.5mm × 0.5mm (0.19 × 0.10 × 0.02")
- Enhanced sensitivity
- Suitable for visible and near infrared radiation
- Compatible with infrared reflow solder process
- Angle of half sensitivity: ϕ = ±65°
- Forward voltage is 0.9V typ at IF = 20mA, Tamb = 25°C
- Reverse break down voltage is 20V min at IR = 100μA, Ee = 0mW/cm², Tamb = 25°C
- Rise/fall time is 40ns typ at VR = 10V, RL = 50 ohm, λ = 830nm
