Product Overview
Low input current, phototransistor output optocoupler. It has a GaAs infrared emitting diode emitter which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. It is suitable for use in PLCs, telecommunication, lighting control system, solar inverters and AC drives applications.
