The VSMY3850-GS08 is a 850nm SurfLight™ portfolio Infrared Emitting Diode based on surface emitter technology. It is moulded in a PLCC-2 package for surface mounting (SMD). It is suitable for use in high speed IR data transmission, IR touch panels, 3D TV and light curtain.
