Product Overview
The VS-GA200SA60UP is an ultrafast speed IGBT Module optimized for minimum saturation voltage and speed up to 30kHz in hard switching, >200kHz in resonant mode. It features direct mounting to heat sink, very low conduction and switching losses. It is designed for increased operating efficiency in power conversion such as UPS, SMPS, welding and induction heating.
