The RS-3 PRO is a manual Analog Clamp Meter for tough electrical applications. This tool works well in extreme temperatures of 32°F to 5°F, while digital clamp LCD screens tend to freeze this analog clamp measures up to the test. This tool does not require batteries for measuring Amps and Volts.
