SFH 4180S A01 is an OSLON® Piccolo high power infrared emitter (940nm). Application includes access control (IRIS/Vein scan, face recognition), CCTV surveillance, driver monitoring / seat occupancy detection, eye tracking, gesture recognition, safety and security, CCTV.
- Clear silicone package, corrosion robustness class: 3B, AEC-Q102 qualified
- ESD: 2KV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM)
- IR light source with high efficiency, double stack emitter
- 940nm centroid wavelength, 1000 to 1400mW total radiant flux range (IF = 1A, tp = 10ms Φe)
- 950nm typical peak wavelength (F = 1000mA, tp = 10ms, TA = 25°C)
- 9ns typical rise time (10% / 90%, F = 1A, IF = 1000mA, tp = 10ms, TA = 25°C)
- 16ns typical fall time (10% / 90%, F = 1A, IF = 1000mA, tp = 10ms, TA = 25°C)
