117494-HMC659LC5 is an evaluation board for HMC659LC5 GaAs PHEMT MMIC power amplifier. HMC659LC5 G GaAs MMIC pHEMT distributed power amplifier operates between DC and 15GHz. The amplifier provides 19dB of gain, +35 dBm output IP3 and +27.5dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression, while requiring 300mA from a +8V supply.
