Aperçu du produit
AD8018 is a line drive amplifier intended for use in single-supply (5V) xDSL modems where high-output current and low distortion is essential to achieve maximum reach. The dual high-speed amplifier is capable of driving low distortion signals to within 0.5V of the power supply rail. This amplifier can drive 400mA of current into 10 ohms (differential) while maintaining -82dBc out-of-band SFDR. Two digital logic bits (PWDN1 and PWDN0) may be used to put the AD8018 into one of three modes: full power, standby (outputs low impedance), and shutdown (outputs high impedance). Application includes xDSL USB, PCI, PCMCIA cards, consumer DSL modems, and twisted pair line driver.
- Rail-to-rail output voltage and high output current
- Low single-tone distortion
- Low noise, low-power operation
- Current feedback amplifiers, high speed
- Typical -3dB bandwidth is 50MHz (G=1, VOUT <lt/> 0.4V p-p, RL=5ohm)
- Typical slew rate is 300V/ s (noninverting, VOUT=4V p-p)
- Typical settling time is 25ns (0.1%, VOUT=2V p-p, RL=100 ohm)
- Typical CMRR is 54dB (at 25°C, VS=5V, RL=100 ohm, RF=RG=750 ohm)
- 8-lead plastic SOIC package
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
