AD8033AKSZ-REEL7 is a single channel FastFET™ amplifier is voltage feedback amplifier with FET inputs, offering ease of use and excellent performance. The device FastFET opamps in Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary XFCB process offer significant performance improvements over other low cost FET amps. It operates at supply voltage range from 5V to 24V and fully operational on a single supply, the device amplifier work in more applications than similarly priced FET input amplifiers. In addition, the device have rail-to-rail outputs for added versatility. It is used in application such as instrumentation, filters, level shifting, buffering etc.

• Input bias current is 1pA typ at (TA = 25°C, VS = 5V, RL = 1Kohm)
• −3dB bandwidth (G = +1) is 80MHz typ
• Slew rate (G = +2) is 80V/μs typ
• Input voltage noise is 11nV/√Hz (f = 100KHz), input current noise is 0.7fA/√Hz (f = 100KHz)
• Low offset voltage is 1mV typical, no phase reversal
• High common-mode rejection ratio is −100dB typ
• Quiescent current per amplifier is 3.3mA
• Operating temperature range from –40°C to +85°C
• Packaging style is 5-lead SC70
