ADAU7002ACBZ-RL

ADAU7002 is a stereo PDM-to-I²S or TDM conversion IC. This converts a stereo PDM bit stream into a PCM output. The source for the PDM data can be two microphones or other PDM sources. The PCM audio data is output on a serial audio interface port in either I²S or TDM format. Application includes mobile computing, portable electronics, consumer electronics.

• Typical decimation ratio is 64× (IOVDD=1.8V, TA=25°C, BCLK=3.072MHz)
• Minimum stop-band attenuation is 60dB (IOVDD=1.8V, TA=25°C, BCLK=3.072MHz)
• I/O supply operation range from 1.62V to 3.6V
• Typical start up time is 48LRCLK cycles (IOVDD=1.8V, TA=25°C, BCLK=3.072MHz)
• Automatic BCLK ratio detection
• 0.67mA operating current at 48KHz and 1.8V IOVDD supply
• Output sampling rate range from 4 to 96KHz (fS LRCLK pulse rate, IOVDD=1.8V, TA=25°C)
• 8-ball wafer level chip scale package [WLCSP]
• Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
