ADM1232 is a microprocessor supervisory circuit monitors microprocessor supply voltage, whether a microprocessor has locked up, external interrupts. It is pin-compatible with the MAX1232, DS1232LP, and DS1232. Typical applications are microprocessor systems, portable equipment, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, automotive systems.
- No external components
- Voltage rating range from 4.5 to 5.5V (VCC=full operating range, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
- Current is 50μA max (VIL, VIH=CMOS, VCC=full operating range, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
- Reset active time is 1000ms (VCC=full operating range, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
- RESET output voltage is VCC − 0.1V (when sourcing less than 50μA, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
- Output delay is 50μs (after VCC falls below the set tolerance voltage, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
- 8-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-N]
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
