ADuM4402 is 4-channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc., icoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics that are superior to the alternatives, such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. This isolator provides four independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates. Operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3V to 5.5V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling a voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. It has a patented refresh feature that ensures DC correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and during power-up/power-down conditions. Typically used in general-purpose, high voltage, multichannel isolation, medical equipments, motor drives and power supplies.
