HMC1013LP4E is a successive detection log video amplifier that operates from 0.5 to 18.5GHz. Application includes EW, ELINT and IFM receivers, DF radar systems, ECM systems, broadband test and measurement, power measurement and control circuits, military and space applications.
- Frequency flatness is ±2dB (typ, TA = +25°C Vcc1 = Vcc2 = Vcc3= +3.3V, EN=3.3V)
- Log linearity is ±2dB (typ, pin = -60 to +5dBm, TA = +25°C)
- Minimum logging range is -62dBm (typ, to ±3dB error, TA = +25°C)
- Input return loss is 8dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc1 = Vcc2 = Vcc3= +3.3V, EN=3.3V)
- Log video minimum output voltage is 0.9V (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc1 = Vcc2 = Vcc3= +3.3V, EN=3.3V)
