HMC1096LP3E is a x2 active broadband frequency multiplier utilizing GaAs pHEMT technology. This frequency multiplier features DC blocked I/Os, and is ideal for use in LO multiplier chains for Point-to-Point & VSAT radios yielding reduced parts count vs. traditional approaches. This is compatible with surface mount manufacturing techniques. Typical application includes point-to-point & VSAT radios, test instrumentation, military and space.
- Frequency range from 1.9 to 2.8GHz (input, TA = +25°C, VDD = +5V, 0dBm)
- Frequency range from 3.8 to 5.6GHz (output, TA = +25°C, VDD = +5V, 0dBm)
- Output power is 12dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, VDD = +5V, 0dBm))
- Fo, 3 Fo isolation (with respect to output level) is 22dBc (typ, TA = +25°C, VDD = +5V, 0dBm))
