HMC3653LP3BE is a HBT gain block MMIC amplifier. This versatile amplifier can be used as a cascadable IF or RF gain stage in 50 ohm applications. It delivers 15dB gain, and +15dBm output P1dB with only 4dB noise figure. It is widely used in applications such as point-to-point radios, point-to-multipoint radios, VSAT, LO driver for HMC mixers, military EW & ECM etc.
- Gain is 14dB typical at (TA = +25°C, Vcc =5V, Vpd = 5V)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.016dB / °C typ at (7GHz to 9GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Input return loss is 14dB typical at (7GHz to 9GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Output return loss is 8dB typical at (7GHz to 9GHz, TA = +25°C)
