HMC406MS8GE is a high efficiency GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMI C power amplifier. Vpd can be used for full power down or RF output power/current control. Typical Application includes WiMAX & WiLAN, DSRC, military & maritime, private mobile radio, UNII & ISM.
- Frequency range from 5 to 6GHz (TA = +25°C, Vs = 5V, Vpd = 5V)
- Gain is 16dB (typ, 5 to 6GHz, TA = +25°C, Vs = 5V)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.03dB/ °C (typ, 5 to 6GHz, TA = +25°C, Vs = 5V)
- Input return loss is 10dB (typ, 5 to 6GHz, TA = +25°C, Vs = 5V)
