HMC442LC3B is an efficient GaAs PHEMT MMIC medium power amplifier. This 50 Ohm matched amplifier does not require any external components, making it an ideal linear gain block or driver for HMC SMT mixers. This allows the use of surface mount manufacturing techniques. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios, LO driver for HMC mixers, military EW & ECM.
- Frequency range from 17.5 to 21.0GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, Idd = 84mA)
- Gain is 13dB (typ, 0.7 to 2.2GHz, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, Idd = 84mA)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.02dB/ °C (typ, 0.7 to 2.2GHz, TA = +25°C)
