HMC566LP4E is a high dynamic range GaAs pHEMT MMI C low noise amplifier. This self-biased LNA is ideal for hybrid and MCM assemblies due to its compact size, single +3V supply operation, and DC blocked RF I/O’s. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios and VSAT, test equipment & sensors, military end-use, space.
- Frequency range from 28 to 31.5GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd 1, 2, 3, 4 = +3V)
- Gain is 21dB (typ, 28 to 31.5GHz, TA = +25°C, Vdd 1, 2, 3, 4 = +3V)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.03dB/ °C (typ, 28 to 31.5GHz, TA = +25°C, Vdd 1, 2, 3, 4 = +3V)
