HMC695LP4 is an active miniature x4 frequency multiplier utilizing InGaP GaAs HBT technology. The HMC695LP4(E) are ideal for use in LO multiplier chains allowing reduced parts count vs. traditional approaches. Typical application includes fiber optic applications, point-to-point radios, military radar.
- Frequency range from 2.85 to 3.3GHz (input, TA = +25°C, Vcc= 5V)
- Frequency range from 11.4 to 13.2GHz (output, TA = +25°C, Vcc= 5V)
- Input power range from -15 to 5dBm (TA = +25°C, Vcc= 5V)
- Output power is 7dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc= 5V)
- Sub-harmonic suppression is 25dBc (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc= 5V)
- Input return loss is 15dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc= 5V)
- Output return loss is 8dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc= 5V)
- SSB phase noise (100KHz offset) is -140dBc/Hz (typ, Pin= 0dBm, TA = +25°C)
- Supply current (Icc) is 60mA (typ, Pin= 0dBm, TA = +25°C)
- 24 lead QFN-EP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
