LT ®1632 is a dual rail-to-rail input and output op-amp. Typical applications include active filters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, driving A/D converters, low voltage signal processing and battery-powered systems.
- Wide supply range: 2.7V to ±15V
- Output swings rail-to-rail, input common mode range includes both rails
- Gain-bandwidth product: 45MHz typ at f = 100KHz, VS = 5V, TA = 25°C
- Slew rate: 27V/µs typ at VS = 5V, AV = –1, RL = Open, VO = 4V, TA = 25°C
- Supply current per amplifier: 4.3mA typ at VS = 5V, TA = 25°C
- Input offset voltage: 1350µV max, input offset current: 440nA max, input bias current: 2.2µA max
- 12nV/√Hz typ input noise voltage density, 1.6pA/√Hz typ input noise current density at f = 1KHz
- 2000V/mV typ large-signal voltage gain at VS = 5V, RL = 10K, TA = 25°C
