The MAX6320PUK29CY+T is a μP supervisory circuit with watchdog and manual reset in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit monitors power supplies and microprocessor activity in digital systems. It reset input starts or restarts the µP in a known state. The reset output of µP supervisory circuit interfaces with reset input of the µP, preventing code-execution errors during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. It is used in embedded control systems and intelligent instruments.
- Supply voltage range is 1V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Minimum reset timeout is 140ms & typical watchdog timeout is 1.6s
- Factory-trimmed reset thresholds is 2.930V at TA = +25°C
