The MAX873AESA+ is a low drift, 2.5V precision voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This voltage reference offers excellent accuracy and very low power consumption. Extremely low temperature drift combined with excellent line and load regulation permit stable operation over a wide range of electrical and environmental conditions. The device is suitable for 12bit data acquisition. A TRIM pin facilitates adjustment of the reference voltage over a ±6% range using only a 100Kohm potentiometer. A voltage output proportional to temperature provides a source for temperature compensation circuits, temperature warning circuits and other applications.

- Temperature coefficient is 2ppm/°C
- Maximum quiescent current is 450µA at 25°C
- Maximum load regulation is 15ppm/mA at 10mA source current and 900ppm/mA at 1mA sink current
- Maximum line regulation is 4ppm/V at 25°C
- Low noise of 3.8µVP-P (typically at 2.5V, 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- TEMP output proportional to temperature
