The HCPL-2231-000E is a very high CMR, wide VCC Logic Gate Optocoupler contains an AlGaAs LED. The detectors have totem pole output stages and optical receiver input stages with built-in Schmitt triggers to provide logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional wave-shaping.
- 10kV/µs Minimum common mode rejection (CMR) at VCM=1000V
- 4.5 to 20V Wide operating VCC range
- 300ns Propagation delay guaranteed over full temperature range
- 5Mbuad Typical signal rate
- Low input current (1.6 to 1.8mA)
