ADA4860-1YRJZ-RL7 is a low cost, high speed, current feedback op-amp that provides excellent overall performance. Typical application includes consumer video professional video, broadband video, ADC buffers and active filters.
- High speed, 800MHz -3dB bandwidth at VS = ±5V
- 790V/μs slew rate and 8ns settling time to 0.5% at VS = ±5V
- Wide supply range from 5V to 12V
- Low power of 6mA
- 0.1 dB flatness is 125MHz
- 0.02% differential gain and 0.02° differential phase
- 3.5mV (typ) low voltage offset
- 25mA high output current and power down mode
- 6 lead SOT-23 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
