788814-01 is a PCIe‑8363 x1 Gen1 PCI express host, 208MB/s, 1-port, copper cable MXI-express device for PXI remote control. The PCIe‑8363 is an MXI‑Express remote controller for devices or systems over cabled PCI from a computer with a PCI Express slot. The PCIe‑8363 remote controller provides a x1 PCI Express link over a copper cable to the PXIe‑8360 PXI remote control module when used for PXI system control. This link is transparent to software applications and drivers, so computers and servers can control connected devices with no additional programming.
