LY13R808014M106R-L is a LY13R8 series 3.8V radial lead lithium-ion capacitor. Designed in a compact cylindrical form, it delivers significantly higher capacitance than standard GY/HY cells of the same size. It is ideal for replacing small batteries, powering remote sensors with small energy harvesters and long-term power backup applications.
- 10F capacitance with ±20% tolerance
- 270mohm AC ESR max at 1kHz, 800mohm DC ESR
- 3µA IL max at 120hrs
- 8mm (0.31inch) diameter x 14mm (0.55inch) length
- Low temperature variant
- Temperature range from -25°C to +70°C
- Extremely long cycle life of 250,000 cycles
