The TCM 300/320 are in-system programmable transceiver modules enabling the realization of highly efficient RF repeaters and transceivers for the EnOcean 868 MHz and 315 MHz radio systems. Several built-in operating modes are provided in addition a repeater functionality. Using the Dolphin API library it is possible to write custom software for the module.

- Backward compatible to TCM 220C
- Integrated 16MHz 8051 CPU with 32KB FLASH and 2kB SRAM
- Various power down and sleep modes down to 0.2uA current consumption
