CHIPI-X10 is an USB to RS232 converter is an evaluation cable for the FT231X. It is CE, FCC and UKCA approved product which is one of the simplest USB – RS232 solutions around. Using a standard DB9 connector and powered from the USB port, the ChiPi – X10 can be used with FTDI’s royalty free drivers to provide a Virtual COM Port on a PC which is capable of communication rates with RS232 units from 300 baud up to 250kBaud.
- 250kbaud data rate, UART interfaces
- Male DB9 end connector, 1 channel
- FTDI drivers USB class, full speed (12Mbps) USB speed
- Type A USB connector, 0.1m cable length
