BGA524N6E6327XTSA1 is a silicon germanium low noise amplifier. It is ideal for all global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) like GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo and others.
- B7HF silicon germanium technology
- RF output internally matched to 50 ohm
- Only 1 external SMD component necessary
- 2kV HBM ESD protection (including AI-pin)
- Digital on/off switch (1V logic high level)
- Operating frequency range from 1550 to 1615MHz
- Supply voltage range from 1.5 to 3.3V at TA=25°C, VCC=1.8V, VPON, ON=1.8V, VPON, OFF=0V
- 0.55dB noise figure typ (ZS=50 ohm, TA=25°C, VCC=1.8V, VPON, ON=1.8V, VPON, OFF=0V, f=1550-1615MHz)
- Ultra small TSNP-6-2 leadless package
- Ambient temperature range from -40 to 85°C
