BTS3118NHUMA1 is a smart low side power switch. It is a N channel vertical power FET in Smart SIPMOS technology. Fully protected by embedded protection functions. It is ideal for all kinds of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads in switching or linear applications, µC compatible power switch for 12VDC applications, replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
- Logic level input, input protection (ESD), thermal shutdown, nominal load current is 2.17A
- Overload protection, short circuit protection, overvoltage protection
- Current limitation, analog driving possible, clamping energy is 250mj
- Drain source clamp voltage range from 42 to 55V (Tj=- 40 to + 150°C, ID=10mA)
- Off-state drain current is 1.5µA typ (Tj=-40 to +150°C, VDS=32V, VIN=0V)
- On state input current is 10µA typ (Tj=25°C), nominal load current is 2.17A max (Tj=25°C)
- On-state resistance is 90mohm typ (VIN=5V, ID=2.17A, Tj=25°C)
- Slew rate on is 0.4V/µs typ (70 to 50%, Tj=25°C), 0.6V/µs slew rate off typ (50 to 70%, Tj=25°C)
- Power dissipation is 3.8W (TC=85°C)
- PG-SOT223-4 package, operating temperature range from -40 to +100°C
