CY7C65211-24LTXIT is a full-speed USB controller that enables seamless PC connectivity for peripherals with serial interfaces, such as UART, SPI, and I²C. It integrates capsense and BCD compliant with the USB battery charging specification, Rev.1.2. It integrates a voltage regulator, an oscillator, and flash memory for storing configuration parameters. It also supports bus-powered and self-powered modes and enables efficient system power management with suspend and remote wake-up signals. This USB controller is widely used in medical/healthcare devices, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, test and measurement system, gaming systems, set-top box PC-USB interface, industrial, networking, enabling USB connectivity in legacy peripherals etc.
- Supports communication driver class (CDC), personal healthcare device class (PHDC)
- Battery charger detection (BCD) compliant with USB battery charging specification, Rev. 1.2
- Data rates upto 3Mbps, 190bytes for each transmit and receive buffer
- Supports parity, overrun, and framing errors, supports UART break signal
- General-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins is 10
- Clocking integrated to 48MHz clock oscillator, supports bus/self-powered configurations
- Operating voltage range from 1.71V to 5.5V, operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
