- 3.0 to 26V supply voltage, 1.6mA typical supply current
- Open drain output interface, operation from unregulated power supply
- Output overcurrent & overtemperature protection, high ESD performance
- Active error compensation, high stability of magnetic thresholds
- Output rise time is 0.5ms typical at (1.2kohm /50pF)
- Power-on time is 80µs typical at (VDD = 3V, B ≤ BRP - 0.5mT or B ≥ BOP + 0.5mT)
- Hysteresis is 3.0mT typical
- Delay time is 15 µs typical
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
