The VBO40-08NO6 is a Standard Rectifier with copper internally DCB isolated base plate. The rectifier features planar passivated chips, very low leakage current and improved thermal behaviour. This rectifier is suitable for one-phase bridge configurations.

- 12.1mΩ Slope resistance
- 95W at 25°C Total power dissipation
- 11pF at 400V/1MHz Junction capacitance
