With 2,000 hours of operation at +85°C and a first-to-market voltage range. It is ideal for inverters, frequency converters, motor drives, motor control, UPS systems, smoothing, energy storage, alternative energy, charging stations, traction, demanding power supplies (SMPS), welding, and HVAC applications.
