The N6743B CAL from Keysight Technologies is an Agilent N6740 series 20V, 5A, 100W low profile DC modular power system (MPS). This module provides programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at a very economical price. The power module features low noise, stable operation & use module in any of the N6700 mainframes, 4 tiers of module performance-mix and match power, performance levels to optimize system for unique needs, fully compliant to LXI Class C specification, connect via GPIB, LAN, or USB, high end module for critical test requirements.
- Calibrated modular power system
- Output ripple and noise of 14mV(CV p-p²), 3mV(CV rms³ ), load effect of 9mV, 2mA
- Source effect of 2mV and 1mA, programming accuracy of 0.1%+20mV, 0.15%+20mA
- Voltmeter/ammeter measurement accuracy of 0.1%+20mV/ 0.15%+20mA
- Load transient recovery time is <200µs
- Programming ranges 30mV-20.4V, 10mA-5.1A and programming resolution of 7mV, 3mA
- Measurement resolution of 10mV, 3mA
- Programming temperature coefficient per °C is 0.005%+0.2mV, 0.005%+0.1mA
- Measurement temperature coefficient per °C is 0.01%+0.2mV, 0.01%+0.1mA
- Up-programming and down-programming time with full resistive load is 20ms
