The N6745B CAL D from Keysight Technologies is an Agilent N6740 series 60V, 1.6A, 100W low profile DC modular power system (MPS). This module provides programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at a very economical price. The power module features low noise, stable operation & use module in any of the N6700 mainframes, 4 tiers of module performance-mix and match power, performance levels to optimize system for unique needs, fully compliant to LXI Class C specification, connect via GPIB, LAN, or USB, high end module for critical test requirements.

• Output ripple and noise of 25mV(CV p-p²), 9mV(CV rms³ ), load effect of 16mV, 2mA
• Source effect of 6mV and 1mA, programming accuracy of 0.1%+60mV, 0.15%+20mA
• Voltmeter/ammeter measurement accuracy of 0.1%+60mV/ 0.15%+4mA
• Load transient recovery time is <200µs
• Programming ranges 70mV-61.2V, 2.5mA-1.7A and programming resolution of 18mV, 1mA
• Measurement resolution of 30mV, 1mA
