The N6746B CAL DU from Keysight Technologies is a 100V, 1A, 100W DC power module. The Keysight N6746B DC power module provides programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at a very economical price, making this module suitable to power the DUT or to provide power for ATE system resources such as fixture control. This module is used in both the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 low-profile modular power system (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC Power analyser (for bench testing). GPIB, LAN, USB and LXI compliance are standard.
- Calibrated with data and uncertainties DC power supply
- Output ripple and noise is 30mVp-p
- Voltage program accuracy is 0.1% + 100mV
- Current programming accuracy is 0.15% + 10mA
- Voltage measurement accuracy is 0.1% + 100mV
- Current measurement accuracy is 0.15% + 2mA
- Transient response is less than 200µs
- Input voltage range from 100VAC to 240VAC, 50/60/400Hz
- Temperature range from 0°C to 55°C
