SA15CA is a SA series axial leaded, TVS diode. The SA series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It is ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial and consumer electronic applications.

• Typical failure mode is short from over-specified voltage or current
• IEC-61000-4-2 ESD 30kV(air), 30kV (contact)
• ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2
• EFT protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-4
• Low incremental surge resistance
• Plastic package is flammability rated V-0 per Underwriters Laboratories
• Matte tin lead–free plated, glass passivated chip junction in DO-15 package
• 15V reverse standoff voltage, 18.50V max breakdown voltage, 1mA test current (TA=25°C)
• 24.4V max clamping voltage, 20.9A max peak pulse current (TA=25°C)
