The MCP131T-300E/TT is a MicroPower Voltage Supervisor with active-low open-drain output and internal pull-up resistor. It is designed to keep a microcontroller in reset until the system voltage has reached and stabilized at the proper level for reliable system operation.
- Resets microcontroller in a power-loss event
- 1.75μA Ultra-low supply current (steady-state maximum)
