The MCP6001T-I/OT is a single, low power operational amplifier in 5 pin SOT-23 package. The device is specifically designed for general purpose applications. It supports rail to rail input and output swing with common mode input voltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS – 300mV. The MCP600 is designed with Microchip advanced CMOS process.
- Gain bandwidth product of 1MHz
- Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 6V
- Supply current of 100μA
- Input offset voltage of ±4.5mV
- Input bias current of ±1pA
- Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 76dB
- Slew rate of 0.6V/μs
- DC open loop gain (large signal) of 112dB
- Phase margin of 90°
