MCP6074-E/ST is a quad operational amplifier. It has low input offset voltage (±150µV, maximum) and rail-to-rail input and output operation. It features unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product. This features make the family of op-amps well suited for single-supply, high precision, battery-powered applications. Application includes automotive, portable instrumentation, sensor conditioning, battery powered systems, medical instrumentation, test equipment, analog filters.
- Input offset voltage range from -150 to +150µV (VDD = 3.0V, VCM = VDD/3, TA= +25°C)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 110µA typ (IO = 0, VDD = 6.0V VCM = 0.9VDD, TA= +25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 6.0V (VSS= GND, TA= +25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 1.2MHz typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to +6.0V)
- Unity gain stable, no phase reversal
- Power supply rejection ratio is 87dB typ (VCM = VSS, VDD = +1.8V to +6.0V, VSS= GND, TA= +25°C)
