MCP6271T-E/OT is a single rail-to-rail operational amplifier (op-amp) provides wide bandwidth for the current. It supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a common mode input voltage range of VDD + 300 mV to VSS –300mV. This family of op-amps is designed with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process. Application includes automotive, portable equipment, photodiode amplifier, analog filters, notebooks and PDAs, battery powered systems.
- Gain bandwidth product is 2.0MHz typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.0V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 170µA typ (IO = 0, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.0V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Supply voltage range from 2.0 to 6.0V (TA = +25°C, VSS = GND)
- Input offset voltage is -3.0mV min (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.0V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 90dB typ (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.0V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
