MCP6V12-E/MS is a dual zero-drift operational amplifier that provides input offset voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. This is low-power device, with a gain bandwidth product. This is unity gain stable, has virtually no 1/f noise, and have good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR). This were designed using an advanced CMOS process. Typical application includes portable instrumentation, sensor conditioning, temperature measurement, DC offset correction, medical instrumentation.
- Input offset voltage range from -8 to +8µV (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.6V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- DC open-loop gain (large signal) is 120dB typ (VDD = 1.6V, VOUT = 0.3V to 1.4V, TA = +25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 135dB typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.6V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 125dB typ (VDD = 1.6V, VCM = -0.15 to 1.8V, TA = +25°C)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 7.5µA typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.6V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Supply voltage range from 1.6 to 5.5V (TA = +25°C, VSS = GND)
