543-492B is an ID-C series 543 standard type absolute digimatic indicator. It features GO/±NG judgment that can be performed by setting upper and lower tolerance limits. The judgment result (GO/±NG) can be displayed in full size characters. It employs the ABSOLUTE linear encoder, the ID-C always displays the spindle "absolute position" from the origin at power on. It also, unlimited response speed eliminates over speed errors.
- As compact as standard series 2 dial indicator, large easy to read LCD
- Positive/negative count resulting from the spindles up/down movement can be toggled
- ID-C indicator face can be rotate 330° to an appropriate angle for easy reading with SPC data output
- 2inch measuring range, 0.0002inch accuracy, stem diameter 3.8inch in 4-48 UNF thread contact point
- Less than 2.3N measuring force, 0.0005inch resolution switchable
- ANSI/AGD type
- Approximate 5000hours under normal use battery life
- IP42 or IP53 (dust proof type) dust/water protection level
- Low voltage, counting value composition error, overflow error, tolerance limit setting error alarm
