The B540C-13-F is a 2-pin 40V Schottky Barrier Rectifier with molded plastic over passivated chip case. It is suitable for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection applications and surface mounted applications. It accepts 250°C/10 seconds at terminals high temperature soldering guaranteed.
