The MUR1520 is an ultrafast recovery Rectifier Diode with an UL94V-0 flammability-rated plastic body. The ultrafast rectifier features glass passivated chip junctions and low stored charge majority carrier conduction. It is suitable for used in switching power supplies, freewheeling and inverters.
