The MUR860 is an ultrafast Power Diode with lead-free pure tin-plated terminals, moulded plastic case and polarity as marked on the body. High efficiency, low VF and high current capability. Suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inventor, free wheeling and polarity protection application.
