SDI over Cat5 Balun Set Passive balun set allows a single HD-SDI formatted video signal to be transmitted up to 150' via Cat5e or Cat6 cable at HD resolution. The HD-SDI Balun supports transmission of up to 1.5 Gbps uncompressed, un-encrypted digital video (optionally including up to 16 channels of embedded Audio and/or embedded Time Code) within television facilities and between professional video equipment. It is also commonly used in video surveillance and medical imaging applications, anywhere where professional quality HD video is managed.
- Supports SD and HD (720p,1080i) resolutions
- Up to 150' via Cat5e cable at HD
- Up to 400' via Cat5e cable at SD
- May be used with Cat5e or Cat6 cable
- Cast aluminum enclosure
